Delivery
Orders are processed within 14 business days and shipped using trusted delivery partners. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery in line with EU consumer law. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase. Custom-made or hygiene-sensitive jewellery items cannot be returned unless faulty. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
